Ground beef? There's southwestern pie: beef + tomato soup + corn with a biscuit or cornbread topper. Also stroganoff: beef + cream of mushroom (or celery) soup + sour cream served over noodles. Asian "noodley beef" stuff: pack of frozen veggies + beef + broken up package of ramen + flavor packet.

I keep meaning to come type in a bunch of ground beef ideas, but time is getting away from me. However, a friend of mine shared a recipe on her blog that I think would work well for you. :) So, I thought I'd share.
